Chief Financial Officer

Edward joined NSi in 2006 and has an international background with innovative companies. His post qualified experience was with Price Waterhouse (now PWC) in Paris, followed by an MBA at INSEAD, with distinction. He has held senior management positions in organisations in a number of industries, including publishing, FMCG, medical, engineering and education. His experience includes M&A, corporate restructuring, a highly successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange and maximising the commercial gains from intellectual property. He has managed finance departments in an international environment for start up, fast growing and mature organisations. His broader commercial experience includes line sales & marketing to director level and general management.

Edward is Company Secretary of NSi and three spin off companies (Qucor Pty Ltd, Hepatocell Pty Ltd, Cystemix Pty Limited) and a director of another spin off company, Pacific Solar Pty Limited.
