Frank has over 20 years experience providing legal advice to technology companies in Australia and internationally as General Counsel, in-house counsel and in private practice. He has broad legal and senior management experience in all aspects of commercial contracts, joint ventures, compliance, technology development and licensing and early stage technology commercialization.
Prior to joining NSi he was instrumental in establishing two technology start-ups which achieved combined revenues in excess of $400m. As an executive and non-executive board member he successfully managed the investments of Sabre Holdings Inc, an S&P500 company, in a number of major Asian based joint ventures.
