Steve is a Materials Scientist by training, with a degree in Materials Science and Engineering and a Doctorate in the field of advanced electronic ceramics. He has worked in the area of research, innovation and commercialisation for over 18 years, in both industry and academic environments. Since 2000, Steve has applied his industry acquired knowledge of research, creativity and innovation to the commercialisation of ideas in Academic environments.

Public Affairs Manager

Dan manage NSi’s media and public relations profile. He is a former columnist and contributor to The Australian newspaper, ABC Radio National and Australian Doctor. He has held media, marketing and communications roles in Federal Parliament, NSW Police, UNSW, NSW Health, the National Breast Cancer Centre, and NSW Dept of Information Technology & Management. He has dedicated over 5,000 hours helping men reach their potential through his voluntary work with The Mankind Project. His passions include bush walking, ocean swimming, kayaking, crime fiction and bonsai.
